| The
New Plough at Covenham St Bartholomew is the ideal place to eat out.
The pub, recently taken over by Emma and Adi Graves, is easy to get to as it is only two miles from the A16 between Louth and Grimsby. They offer superb dining for all sorts of occasions. Lunchtime meals include scrumptious homemade burgers and triple-decker sandwiches, while on a Sunday there are no less than three choices of roast. The evening menu offers a choice of fine dining dishes, or you can just go for traditional style meals or just tuck into a hearty grill with all the trimmings. The best thing about the Plough is that all food is local, fresh and homemade - all reasonably priced as well which is great. The restaurant is non-smoking too. For special occasions, such as birthdays and weddings, the Plough has a function room which can be hired out. Children are always welcome and non-smoking family areas are provided. Wheelchair access, a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities are all provided. For bookings, telephone 01507 363284.
